Covance Laboratories, a contract laboratory that tests pesticides, industrial chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, food additives, and drugs on animals has announced plans to build a new testing facility in Arizona, near Gilbert Rd and Queen Creek Rd in the city of Chandler. (map)
